William Sloan Campbell letter of Jul 1880:
"William, my father, married Margaret Sloan, daughter of William Sloan, whose wife was Margaret McTeer. He lived and died on Six Mile Creek, Blount Co., Tennessee. Two of his sisters married my grandmother Campbell’s halfbrothers, Samuel andColinas Miller; and Alexander Sloan, my grandfather’s brother married my grandmother Campbell’s half sister."

Who is this unknown dau of Archibald Sloan and sister of William? She is not mentioned in the estate records!! Did she die young? Could she have been a widow when she married Samuel Miller? Need to find this marriage record!Sources:
